Who operates this site
YourCreditDispute is operated by Gamboa Software LLC, a Minnesota limited liability company that also operates DisputeValet.com. Questions about this policy: support@disputevalet.com.
What we collect
When you request the free guide, we store:
- the email address you enter;
- the date and time you submitted it; and
- the page you submitted it from.
To limit abuse of the form, your IP address is also used as a short-lived counter of recent submissions. That counter expires automatically after about a minute and is not stored with your email address.
We do not ask for your name, address, Social Security number or any credit report information, and you should not enter them anywhere on this site. This site does not use analytics or advertising cookies.
Why we collect it
To give you the guide and to show how a referral partner site works. We do not send email to the addresses we collect: the guide is a download, not something we mail to you.
Where it is stored and for how long
Email sign-ups are stored with Upstash, a database provider we use through the Vercel Marketplace, in the United States. They are kept until the operator deletes the list.
Deleting your email address
To have your email address deleted, write to support@disputevalet.com from that address or tell us which address to remove.
Sharing
We do not sell or share your email address.
Third parties involved in running this site
- Vercel hosts this site and processes requests to it, including standard server logs such as IP addresses.
- Upstash stores the email sign-ups described above.
- Google Fonts serves the typefaces this site uses, so your browser contacts Google when a page loads.
- DisputeValet.com receives you if you follow a link to it. That link tells DisputeValet.com you came from this site; it does not pass along your email address. DisputeValet.com has its own privacy policy.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top of this page will change too.
